The JCC Fitness Center provides top notch activities and training to both members and non-members in a non-intimidating environment. Key staff provide a well-rounded and diverse selection of personal training, group exercise classes and top-notch services for clients who range in age from early teen to older adults.

Dance inspired workout to challenge cardio fitness with easy to follow movements, including muscle conditioning blocks to improve cardiovascular health
YOGA: Mondays 10:45-11:30 pm
Seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion
FREE to JCC & Silver Sneakers members. $4 per class for Non Members
Pilates Reformer class utilizes spring controlled resistance to build core strength, increase flexibility, endurance and coordination. An effective way to tone the entire body.
