Raychel is the Chief Operating Officer at the Binghamton JCC, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that programs, services, and events run smoothly and effectively.  She plays a key role in strategic planning, staff management, and fostering a positive experience for community members of all ages.  Raychel’s commitment to operational excellence and community engagement helps the JCC thrive as a hub for education, wellness, and fostering community.  

 

With 14 years of experience across various roles in JCCs across the country, Raychel recently led the Covid-19 crisis response as the Chief Health & Wellness Officer at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades. Raychel holds a Master of Education in Athletic Administration, a K-12 teaching license, and several wellness certifications. An alumna of the JCC Scholarship program and a 7-time cohort chair for JCC conferences, she aims to contribute meaningfully to the broader dialogue and continuity of the JCC movement.
